01 / PERSONALISED COACHING
Specialised One-to-One Lifestyle Transformation
Individual coaching guided by your goals, needs and present reality, including physical transformation, routines, emotional awareness, decisions and professional development.
Possible focus areas
Physical capabilities, nutrition and sleep routines, mindfulness, interpersonal awareness, practical goals and daily self-observation.
The four pathways on our homepage introduce six ways to participate. Choose a format below to understand who it is for, what you may practise and how we agree the right level of guidance. Every enrolment begins with a Lifestyle Clarity Assessment™.
01 · PERSONALISED ONE-TO-ONE
Specialised One-to-One Lifestyle Transformation
Individual guidance for people who want to understand and work with several connected areas of everyday living. The priorities come from your present circumstances, rather than a standard routine prescribed to everyone.
Who it may suit
Individuals seeking personalised attention to daily routines, physical capability, food awareness, emotional regulation, relationships, responsibilities or professional focus.
What you may practise
Observation of existing patterns, manageable movement, mindful eating, sleep routines, reflection, goal planning and practical responses to everyday situations, as appropriate.
How guidance works
After assessment, we agree priorities, coaching sessions, relevant practice and review arrangements. Individual contact, accountability and follow-up depend on the programme chosen.
Before enrolment: We clarify goals, availability, readiness, suitable scope, session arrangements and participation expectations. No particular result is guaranteed.
A defined 48-day learning period that connects guided sessions with daily observation and practical application. Different participation formats offer different levels of personal guidance.
Who it may suit
Participants ready to dedicate regular attention to their routines and practise consistently between planned sessions, within their responsibilities and capabilities.
What you may practise
Mindful eating, movement and yoga where suitable, sleep awareness, observation of thoughts and responses, daily planning, journalling and reflection.
How the 48 days work
Assessment precedes admission. The agreed format then sets out teaching sessions, suitable check-ins, reflection and reviews. Attendance and participation expectations are explained beforehand.
Before enrolment: Confirm the available format, actual timetable, level of individual support, responsibilities and fees. The 48 days describe the learning period, not a promise of identical daily sessions.
Movement-focused learning designed to develop practical physical capacity, appropriate flexibility, strength, coordination and an observant relationship with the body.
Who it may suit
People who want guided yoga and physical training at a level appropriate to their experience, current ability and goals. Individual and group options may differ.
What you may practise
Suitable postures, functional movements, controlled strength activities, mobility, recovery awareness and natural breath observation before advanced breathing techniques.
How sessions work
Practice choices are adjusted to readiness and the format. We discuss relevant limitations and avoid presenting training as medical treatment or injury rehabilitation.
Before enrolment: Discuss physical readiness, the available group or one-to-one format, session schedule and any need for medical clearance.
An educational pathway for observing attention, thought, emotion and everyday responses, while exploring yoga philosophy through practical inquiry rather than belief or memorisation alone.
Who it may suit
Participants interested in self-awareness, attention, reflection, acceptance, emotional self-regulation or the practical meaning of yogic ideas in daily life.
What you may practise
Present-moment observation, natural breath awareness, appropriate meditation, reflective questions and discussion of yoga philosophy; other breath practices only where suitable.
How sessions work
Teaching and reflection are adapted to participants’ interest and readiness. Group discussions respect individual boundaries and do not require personal disclosure.
Before enrolment: We explain the course focus, practice format and suitability. Meditation and lifestyle education are not substitutes for psychological or medical care.
Shared lifestyle education for people whose routines and responsibilities influence one another. The intention is to support awareness and practical cooperation while respecting each participant’s individuality.
Who it may suit
Couples, families, friends or relatives interested in shared learning around everyday habits, communication, responsibilities and the routines of living together.
What you may explore
Rest, nourishment, movement, considerate communication, emotional awareness and ways to discuss needs and responsibilities without imposing a single routine.
How participation works
We discuss the group’s goals and each person’s willingness to participate. Shared sessions have clear boundaries; individual matters can require separate conversations.
Before enrolment: Confirm participants, ages and readiness, shared goals, privacy expectations, session format and practical arrangements.
Community, Corporate, Institutional & Organisational Training
Lifestyle and human-performance education arranged around the needs of a particular team, organisation or community, with practical learning that fits the setting.
Who it may suit
Workplaces, leadership groups, educational institutions, community organisations and teams seeking focused learning relevant to daily responsibilities.
Possible session themes
Stress awareness, focus and daily performance, sustainable work habits, communication, personal responsibility and appropriate movement or reflective practices.
How it is arranged
We agree the audience, learning purpose, delivery location or online setting, suitable duration, access needs and group boundaries before confirming a session or series.
Before booking: Confirm participant numbers, topic, format, date, logistics, accessibility, confidentiality expectations and professional fees.
Through observation, thoughtful exercises and repeated practice, participants can learn to recognise familiar patterns, regulate daily activities, participate consciously in relationships and responsibilities, and make decisions with greater clarity.
Our teaching draws on practical observation, relevant scientific knowledge, yoga philosophy and lived experience, applied appropriately to each person's present reality.
Your individual lifestyle and freedom remain central to participation.
How support works: Throughout the agreed training period, participants observe their own routines and receive guidance through scheduled sessions, agreed reviews and relevant follow-up. This is not uninterrupted monitoring. The degree of one-to-one personalisation differs from group or corporate training.
Accessible and sustainable: Training uses suitable, locally available resources and everyday practices according to your readiness, comfort, abilities and responsibilities.
Respecting health care: Lifestyle for Lifetime™ uses non-pharmacological coaching and educational practices; we do not prescribe, supply, change or discontinue medication. Continue any required medical treatment under your qualified healthcare professional.
Respecting privacy: Personal information is handled with professional discretion under our Privacy Policy; group participants must also respect one another’s privacy. The objective is increasing individual awareness, capacity and independence.
BEGIN WITH A CONVERSATION
Your journey begins with your present reality.
Tell us what you are experiencing and what you hope to strengthen. We'll explain what learning formats are currently available.
Traditional yogic cleansing practices, natural breath observation, appropriate movement, meditation and reflective learning may be integrated according to participant readiness and capability. We also educate participants in observing their mental patterns and daily habits, developing clarity through practice rather than relying on one technique.
